THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST
MINNESOTA AND NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ALONG PARTS OF THE SOUTH
SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR TONIGHT...WITH THE MOST INTENSE SNOWFALL
RATES OCCURRING ALONG THE GOGEBIC RANGE IN NORTHERN IRON COUNTY.
AN ADDITIONAL 3 TO 6 INCHES IS EXPECTED IN NORTHERN IRON COUNTY
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY...ELSEWHERE ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE ANOTHER INCH
OR TWO POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A STORM SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO MOVE INTO THE REGION SATURDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY...BRINGING ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL.
CONFIDENCE IN SNOW AMOUNTS IS LOW AT THIS TIME...SO STAY TUNED FOR
FUTURE UPDATES.

ARCTIC AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION LATE ON MONDAY THROUGH AT LEAST
THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK...USHERING IN THE COLDEST AIR OF THE SEASON
SO FAR. WIND CHILL VALUES AS LOW AS 25 BELOW ZERO DEGREES ARE
POSSIBLE TUESDAY NIGHT AND ON WEDNESDAY.

TO STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS AND HIGHER WAVES ALONG THE SOUTH SHORE.
