   Tornado Watch.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms expected to develop
this afternoon and evening across Eastern NC. Strong to severe
thunderstorms will be possible. The main threats are damaging wind
gusts, hail, and isolated tornadoes. Moderate to heavy rainfall is
also expected, with localized flooding possible, especially for
those locations that received heavy rainfall yesterday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
