FOR WEDNESDAY...CHRISTMAS EVE...THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR A WIND SWEPT
HEAVY RAIN OF 1 TO 2 INCHES. POTENTIAL IMPACTS INCLUDE MINOR URBAN
FLOODING CAUSED BY HEAVY RAIN...MINOR TIDAL FLOODING AND SCATTERED
POWER OUTAGES CAUSED BY STRONG WINDS.

AS A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES TOWARD THE GREAT LAKES...A SECOND
LOW IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP OVER THE MID ATLANTIC STATES AND MOVE
NORTH PASSING WEST OF NEW YORK CITY.
