            643 AM. SHALLOW COASTAL FLOODING TYPICALLY BEGINS ALONG
            THE LOWER SOUTH CAROLINA COAST WHEN TIDE LEVELS REACH
            7.0 FT MLLW IN THE CHARLESTON HARBOR.
