AT 740 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED OVER POQUOSON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
BLUEFISH ROCK...BUOY 36A...CABBAGE PATCH...TUE MARSHES LIGHT...NEW
POINT COMFORT...THE HUMP...CHERRYSTONE REEF...POQUOSON...WOLF TRAP...
YORK SPIT REEF...PLANTATION LIGHT AND HAMPTON ROADS BRIDGE TUNNEL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THE STORMS PASS.
