  OCEAN WATERS FROM THE MERRIMACK RIVER TO PLYMOUTH FROM 40 TO 60 NM
  OFFSHORE...

AT 220 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR OCEAN BLUFF-BRANT ROCK...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 50 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
STELLWAGEN BANK...GREEN HARBOR...OCEAN BLUFF-BRANT ROCK AND SCITUATE
HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXPECT WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...BRIEFLY ROUGH SEAS...AND
