LOCATED 7 NM EAST OF BUOY GRS...OR 8 NM WEST OF R2 TOWER...MOVING
EAST AT 25 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 745 PM EDT INCLUDE:
D R H BUOY...HONEY BARGE...TUG RIO CARONI...JOHN BIRD...BUOY GRS AND
R2 TOWER.
