AT 1135 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 20 NM SOUTHWEST OF MANISTEE LIGHTHOUSE...
MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING THE NEARSHORE
WATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING MAY BE NEEDED IF THIS STORM
INTENSIFIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
