...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHERN COASTAL
WATERS OVERNIGHT...

A MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR MASS WITH A COLD UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH OFF
THE CALIFORNIA COAST WILL MOVE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT.
THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE NORTHERN
COASTAL WATERS OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AS THE COLD
AIR MASS MOVES SOUTH. ANY THUNDERSTORM THAT FORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS AND ROUGH SEAS, DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING, BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL WITH REDUCED VISIBILITY, AND
WATERSPOUTS.
