A COLD WINTER STORM MOVING OVER THE COASTAL WATERS WILL BRING
PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING.

THUNDERSTORMS THAT DEVELOP MAY PRODUCING BRIEF GUSTY WINDS...CLOUD
TO WATER LIGHTNING...HEAVY RAIN...AND SMALL HAIL. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS.

BEFORE SETTING OFF AND WHILE UNDERWAY...LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER
RADIO FOR THE LATEST FORECASTS AND STATEMENTS. REPORT SEVERE
