...DENSE FOG OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH MID-MORNING...

A SHALLOW MARINE LAYER WILL CONTINUE WIDESPREAD FOG OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS THROUGH ABOUT 8 AM. VISIBILITY LESS THAN ONE
MILE...LOCALLY BELOW ONE-QUARTER MILE...IS EXPECTED AT TIMES.
VISIBILITY WILL IMPROVE BY MID-MORNING. PATCHY FOG IS POSSIBLE
AGAIN TONIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

MARINERS SHOULD PREPARE FOR ABRUPT CHANGES IN VISIBILITY...AND USE
CAUTION WHILE NAVIGATING TO AVOID EXPOSED ROCKS AND OTHER VESSELS.
