...NEW SHOWERS DEVELOPING OVER LOCAL ATLANTIC WATERS...

SHOWERS WERE DEVELOPING ALONG A 100 MILE LINE EXTENDING NORTHWEST OF
A HEAVY SHOWER BETWEEN CULEBRA AND SAINT THOMAS. THESE SHOWERS ARE
EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN STRENGTH DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS
WHILE MOVING NORTHWEST WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT. SOME GUSTY WINDS MAY BE EXPECTED...BUT SHOULD REMAIN
BELOW 30 KNOTS.
