...GULF SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONTINUES...

.STRONG HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL
CONTINUE TO EXTEND ITS INFLUENCE SOUTH TO THE NORTH GULF OF
MEXICO WHERE A LONG FETCH OF STRONG EASTERLY WINDS WILL GENERATE
SWELLS AND HIGHER LOCAL WAVE HEIGHTS OF UP TO NINE FEET. A
COASTAL TROUGH WILL DISRUPT THE OFFSHORE WIND REGIME NEARER THE
LOWER TEXAS COAST...PRODUCING STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS. A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY FOR THE GULF ZONES HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH
TODAY...AND MAY NEED TO BE FURTHER EXTENDED THROUGH AT LEAST A
PORTION OF TONIGHT.

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS... ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
