OVER THE HEAD OF LAKE SUPERIOR...

.AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE LOCATED OVER HUDSON BAY WILL BRING
NORTHEASTERLY FLOW OVER THE NORTHLAND LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THIS NORTHEAST FLOW SHOULD ACCELERATE DUE TO A MORE
FAVORABLE FETCH OFF LAKE SUPERIOR. OBSERVING STATIONS ALONG THE
HEAD OF LAKE SUPERIOR INDICATE GUSTS OF 20 TO 25 KNOTS.
