WILL RESULT IN BOATING CONDITIONS THAT ARE HAZARDOUS FOR SMALL
CRAFT.

CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
