MAY BE A BRIEF LULL IN THE WINDS BEFORE GUSTIER CONDITIONS RETURN
WITH WESTERLY WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT TUESDAY EVENING INTO

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
