* WINDS...WEST TO 30 KNOTS LATE THIS AFTERNOON BECOMING NORTHWEST AT
  15 TO 25 KNOTS THIS EVENING WITH GUSTS TOWARDS 30 KNOTS. WINDS
  WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE LATE TONIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET TOWARDS EVENING. WAVES WILL
  PEAK AFTER DARK IN THE 4 TO 7 FOOT RANGE BEFORE SUBSIDING
  GRADUALLY DURING THE DAY ON SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OR WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO
PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
