...DENSE SEA FOG TO DEVELOP THIS MORNING... ...GALE WATCH IN
EFFECT SUNDAY AND MONDAY MORNING

.LIGHT SOUTHEAST WINDS CONTINUE TO BRING IN AN UNSEASONABLY WARM
AND HUMID AIRMASS OVER RELATIVELY COOLER GULF WATERS. THE RESULT
IS THE FORMATION OF SEA FOG. THIS FOG WILL BE DENSE AT TIMES INTO
MID MORNING BEFORE MIXING OUT. A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTH THEN UP THE EAST COAST THIS WEEKEND INTO
EARLY NEXT WEEK. GALE FORCE WINDS ARE EXPECTED SUNDAY INTO MONDAY
MORNING.

FOG ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...WIDESPREAD BELOW 1 MILE AND DOWN TO 1/4 OF A MILE
  IN SPOTS.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS MARINE OPERATIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
