.PERSISTENT GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS HAVE PRODUCED 6 TO 8 FOOT SEAS
OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN WATERS. WINDS WILL DIMINISH
OVERNIGHT HOWEVER IT WILL LIKELY TAKE UNTIL LATE TONIGHT FOR SEAS
TO SUBSIDE BELOW 6 FEET.
