SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE MOUNTAINS THROUGH
EARLY AFTERNOON...HEAVIEST AND MOST NUMEROUS ABOVE TIMBERLINE.
SNOWFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH
PER HOUR. WEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH OVER THE
HIGHER MOUNTAIN PASSES WILL CAUSE BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCED
VISIBILITIES AT TIMES.
