HEAVY RAIN...OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS UP TO 25
MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. THE BEST
CONCENTRATION OF STORMS WILL OCCUR MAINLY TO THE NORTH OF A
