Snow will quickly overspread south central Pennsylvania and become
heavy at times by late afternoon. The snow will come down at a
rate of 1 inch per hour at times. The heaviest snow will be mainly
south of a Westover...State College...Bloomsburg line. Persons
traveling late this afternoon and evening should be prepared for
a wide range of conditions...and use caution in areas of poor
conditions.
