NORTH AT 15 TO 20 MPH ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS. SOME STORMS
COULD PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING. THROUGH 7
AM...THE THREAT FOR ISOLATED HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 4
INCHES WILL BE MAINLY OVER THE SOUTHERN EDWARDS PLATEAU...HILL
COUNTRY AND INTO THE SAN ANTONIO METRO AREA. OUTSIDE OF THIS
AREA...MOST OF THE SHOWER ACTIVITY IS PRODUCING SPOTTY RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF AROUND 1/4 INCH OR LESS.
