EASTERN ILLINOIS INTO EARLY EVENING. A FEW STORMS COULD BE STRONG
DURING MID AND LATE AFTERNOON SOUTHEAST OF I-70 WITH GUSTY WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH. SOUTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH AND GUSTS OF 25
TO 30 MPH WILL PREVAIL THE REST OF TODAY.
