Patchy fog will develop across portions of New Jersey and
Southeastern Pennsylvania. Visibilities of less than one mile will
be possible. Rural locations and locations that received heavy
rain last night are especially susceptible. Drivers are urged to
exercise caution for rapidly changing visibility. If you encounter
fog, reduce speed and allow extra following distance with the
vehicle in front of you.

Fog may persist through sunrise before gradually dissipating.
