.NOW...
...A Flash Flood Watch is in effect through Friday morning...
Tropical Depression Cindy continues to impact much of the region
as rain bands still move through much of the area. Areas where
rain has trained over same area may see flooding in low lying
areas, ditches, and ponding on roadways. Motorists are urged to
use caution and not drive through flooded roadways. Visibilities
will also be reduced requiring caution. Expect rain to continue on
and off as Cindy slowly drifts to the northeast.
