THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.

* EVENT...NORTH NORTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH
  GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN MID MORNING...PEAK IN THE
  AFTERNOON...AND QUICKLY DECREASE IN THE EVENING.

* IMPACTS...THESE STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LOOSE OR LIGHTWEIGHT
  OBJECTS...INCLUDING HOLIDAY DECORATIONS...MAY BE BLOWN AROUND.
  AREAS OF BLOWING DUST COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED REDUCTIONS IN
  VISIBILITY.
