ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CST /9 AM MST/ THIS
MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...SOME FREEZING FOG COULD CAUSE SLICK SPOTS ON AREA
  ROADS AND BRIDGES. HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS DUE TO LOW
  VISIBILITY.

* TIMING...LOW VISIBILITIES WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING
  HOURS WITH IMPROVING VISIBILITIES BY LATE MORNING.
