* WINDS...NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 30 TO 35 MPH GUSTING TO 50 MPH

* IMPACTS...WAVES OF 4 TO 6 FEET MAY BE GENERATED IN THE DEVILS
  LAKE BASIN AND RESULT IN ROADBED EROSION IN SUSCEPTIBLE AREAS.
