...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 7 PM CDT WEDNESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from 7 AM to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

* WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs...trees...and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

* ADDITIONAL IMPACTS...Waves of 4 to 6 feet may be generated in
  the devils lake basin and result in roadbed erosion in
  susceptible areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
