HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

 * WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG REDUCING VISIBILITY TO ONE-QUARTER MILE OR
   LESS THIS MORNING WILL PERSIST IN MANY LOCATIONS UNTIL LATE THIS
   MORNING.

 * TEMPERATURES WILL BE BELOW FREEZING THIS MORNING WHICH WILL
   ALLOW THE FOG TO FREEZE ON UNTREATED SURFACES.

IMPACTS...

 * TRAVEL WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS DUE TO VERY LOW VISIBILITY AT
   TIMES.

 * FOG MAY FREEZE ON UNTREATED SURFACES WHICH MAY LEAD TO
   SLIPPERY TRAVEL EARLY THIS MORNING.

 * WHEN ENCOUNTERING DENSE FOG...REMEMBER TO USE LOW-BEAM
   HEADLIGHTS.
