...High winds expected along the Cody Foothills through the
morning hours Monday and across Fremont, Natrona and Hot Springs
counties Monday afternoon through Tuesday night...

.Strong west to southwest winds aloft will continue over northern
Wyoming today, with high winds expected in the Cody Foothills this
morning. The strong winds aloft will shift south with high winds
developing across Fremont and Natrona counties later Monday
afternoon continuing through Tuesday night. Strong winds will
potentially also impact the Lander Foothills and Hot Springs
County from Monday evening through Tuesday night.

...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 PM
MST TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a High Wind
Warning, which is in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM MST
Tuesday. The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect.

* TIMING...High winds are expected to develop around 5 pm mst
  Monday afternoon continuing through Tuesday night.

* WINDS...West wind 35 to 45 mph gusting to 65 mph, locally higher
  up to 75 mph on Outer Drive on the south side of Casper.

* IMPACTS...Strong cross winds may produce an extreme blow over
  threat for trucks pulling light weight and high profile
  trailers.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

AFTERNOON...

* TIMING...There will probably be a lull in high winds this
  morning, before returning during the afternoon. These winds
  could also continue through the overnight hours Monday night.

* WINDS...West winds 35 to 45 mph gusting to 60 mph will be
  possible at times, but a significant lull in the winds are
  expected this morning. These winds are expected to return later
  this afternoon, with impacts from north of Clark to Meeteetse.

* IMPACTS...Strong cross winds will produce an extreme blow over
  threat for trucks pulling light weight and high profile
  trailers on highway 120 and Chief Joseph highway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
