...LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO
6 PM CST THIS EVENING...

* EVENT...Winds will become northwest and increase to 15 to 20 mph
  with gusts to 30 mph Wednesday morning with the passage of a
  cold front over extreme southeast Oklahoma, southwest Arkansas,
  northeast Texas and north Louisiana. These winds will remain
  gusty through the afternoon before diminishing around sunset.

* TIMING...from 9 am to 6 pm CST Wednesday.

* IMPACT...Winds will likely produce rough chop on area lakes
  and open waterways, which may be hazardous to boaters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes. Small boats will be especially prone to capsizing.
