* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 35 TO 45 MPH
  BECOMING WEST TO NORTHWEST SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING
