THE NORTHEAST GULF BY MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE PANHANDLE
WEAKENS AND RETREATS TO THE SOUTHERN PANHANDLE. A STORM FORCE
LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL GULF ON TUESDAY.
