.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the area is supporting gentle to
moderate east to southeast winds across the eastern Gulf, mostly
fresh east to southeast winds over the central Gulf and fresh to
strong southeast winds over the western Gulf. The pressure
gradient will continue to tighten resulting in increasing east
to southeast fresh to strong winds over just about the entire
basin through Sun night. Seas are expected to peak 11 to 12 ft
in the NW Gulf Sat night and Sun. Meanwhile, winds will pulse to
fresh to strong speeds near the Yucatan Peninsula each evening
through the forecast period.
