West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure near 38N 70W will
move NE and rapidly intensify tonight, passing E of the waters
Sat. High pressure will build behind the departing low Sat into
Sat night, move over the waters Sun, then shift SE of the area
Sun night into Mon. A weak cold front will move into the northern
waters Sat night, then stall across the central portions Sun and
Sun night. A weak low will form along the front Mon, then move E
of the waters Mon night while pulling the front across the
remainder of the waters. Another cold front approaches from the
NW Tue and Tue night, then passes SE across the waters Wed and
Wed night.
