West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front across
the central waters will persist today and tonight, then slowly
lift northeast through the waters as a warm front Friday and
Saturday. A high pressure ridge will build just north of the
area Thursday and Thursday night, then shift northeast of the
area Friday and Friday night. A weak cold front will push
southeast into the northwest portion of the waters late
Saturday and Saturday night, then continue to move slowly
southeast across the north and central waters Sunday into Sunday
night before stalling across the central waters Monday and Monday
night. Another ridge will build east over the northern waters
Monday and Monday night.
