Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong cold front
will pass E and SE across the waters tonight into Sun as
developing low pressure races NE along the front. A low pressure
trough will move across the N waters Sun into Sun night. A high
pressure ridge will build NE over the waters Mon and move inland
Mon night. Intensifying low pressure approaching from the SW Mon
night will move N and pass just W of the outer waters on Tue,
then continue lifting N of the area Tue night. Another low will
approach the area on Wed and track across the Washington waters
Wed night. High pressure will then build NE over the waters later
Thu and Thu night.
