.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pres ridge
over the northern waters will shift SE today and tonight. The
ridge will rebuild across the area Wed night through Sat night. A
weak cold front will move SE across the area late today into Wed,
then move S of the area by Wed night. A low pres trough near the
southern Oregon coast will continue to weaken today and tonight.
The trough will strengthen again later Wed through Sat night.
