SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A COLD FRONT OVER THE NRN
WATERS WILL DISSIPATE TONIGHT. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD E
INTO THE NRN CALIFORNIA WATERS TONIGHT INTO SUN NIGHT AND PREVAIL
JUST W OF THE AREA THROUGH THE PERIOD. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
INTENSIFY AND PERSIST NEAR THE CALIFORNIA COAST THROUGH THE
PERIOD. SOUTHERLY SWELL FROM TROPICAL CYCLONE ACTIVITY IN THE
EASTERN PACIFIC WILL AFFECT THE FAR SRN WATERS THROUGH THE LATTER
