...FLASH FLOODING SOUTHWEST OF SELIGMAN THURSDAY...

THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLASH FLOODING THURSDAY AFTERNOON ON
TROUT CREEK. IT WAS ESTIMATED THAT 1.75 TO 2.00 INCHES OF
RAIN FELL IN 2 HOURS...CAUSING ROADS TO BECOME IMPASSIBLE
DUE TO WIDESPREAD FLASH FLOODING. IN ADDITION TO THE HEAVY
RAIN...PENNY-SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED WITH THIS STORM.

ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN ARIZONA ALSO RECEIVED
HEAVY RAIN THURSDAY. WUPATKI NATIONAL MONUMENT RECEIVED
0.45 INCHES OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES AND CLARKDALE RECEIVED
0.33 INCHES OF RAIN ALONG WITH PEA SIZED HAIL THAT COVERED
THE GROUND.
