* WINDS...West-southwest winds this afternoon and evening 20 to
  30 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Northwest wind Monday afternoon
  20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* RH...15 to 25%.

* IMPACTS...Fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
