Cool weather continues across much of the region.

Today a low pressure system will bring rain and snow to southeast
Montana and western South Dakota. Several inches of snow will fall
in the Black Hills region. That system will then spread rain into
Minnesota tonight, with a chance of light snow in southeastern North
Dakota and the northern parts of Minnesota. Highs today will range
from the mid 30s in southern Saskatchewan and southern Manitoba to
the lower 60s in southern Minnesota. Overnight lows from the 20s in
northern North Dakota to the upper 40s in southern Minnesota.

Below average temperatures will continue through the work week.
