Mild conditions across the Northern Plains tonight, as lows will be
in the mid teens and lower 20s above zero. A surface low will scoot
across the north, increasing cloud cover and producing slight
chances for rain and snow in the north early Thursday morning.

For the rest of your Thursday, look for another seasonably warm day
with highs ranging from the 30s in northeast Minnesota, to the mid
50s in southwest south Dakota. Skies will be partly cloudy and winds
will be fairly light.
