THE AREA WITH CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS.
TEMPERATURES WILL SETTLE INTO THE UPPER 30S AND LOWER 40S IN PARTS
OF NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...WHILE AREAS SOUTH AND
WEST OF A LINE FROM IOWA CITY TO MACOMB SEE READINGS ONLY SLIP
BACK INTO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 50S.
