DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS...THE NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA REGION EXPERIENCED PARTLY SUNNY TO SUNNY SKIES WITH WARM
CONDITIONS WITH TEMPERATURES CLIMBING INTO THE LOWER 80S...BUT
REMAINING IN THE UPPER 60S TO MID 70S ALONG THE IMMEDIATE LAKE
MICHIGAN SHORE.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BRING THE REGION DRY AND MILD
CONDITIONS THROUGH MIDNIGHT. CLOUDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT WITH A
CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS TOWARDS MORNING
MAINLY ACROSS NORTHWEST AND NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS. WARM AND MORE
HUMID CONDITIONS...WITH PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FOR
THE ENTIRE REGION...ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT AHEAD AND
ALONG A COLD FRONT. THE RAIN ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE SATURDAY AS
THE FRONT PASSES AND BRINGS WINDY AND MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS. DRY
BUT COOL CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED ON SUNDAY.
