CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA IN THE AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES OCCURRED AROUND NOON
WITH TEMPERATURES REACHING THE UPPER 40S TO THE LOWER 50S. LATE
AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES DROPPED TO THE LOW TO MID 30S. SOUTHERLY
WINDS FROM EARLIER IN THE DAY HAVE SWITCHED TO WESTERLY WITH GUSTS
TO 25 MPH. SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN WAS MOVING ACROSS THE AREA AS
WELL.

THE COLD FRONT WILL EXIT NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA
DURING THE EVENING HOURS...LIGHT RAIN WILL END FOR THE
SOUTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE AREA DURING THE EVENING...ALONG WITH
THE BREEZY CONDITIONS. OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE
20S. CLOUDS WILL CLEAR ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT INTO SUNDAY.
SUNDAY WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY BUT COLDER WITH HIGHS IN THE LOW TO
MID 30S. CLOUDS WILL MOVE IN SUNDAY NIGHT AS THE NEXT COLD FRONT
MOVES TOWARDS THE AREA.
