A CIRCULATION IS CENTERED NEAR 3N146E. A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS
NORTHEASTWARD FROM THE CIRCULATION TO 11N153E AND CONTINUES TO
18N161E. LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE TO THE WEST OF THE TROUGH AND
CIRCULATION IS PRODUCING A LARGE AREA OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER AND SOUTH OF THE MARIANAS BETWEEN THE
EQUATOR AND 15N FROM 139E TO 149E.

A SURFACE TROUGH STRETCHES NORTHEASTWARD FROM 8N174E TO 10N180. THE
COMBINATION OF THE TROUGH AND TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE IS GENERATING
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF WAKE ISLAND
BETWEEN 10N AND 15N FROM 161E TO 175E AND OVER THE MARSHALL ISLANDS
BETWEEN 7N AND 10N FROM 173E TO 177E.

UPPER-LEVEL DIVERGENCE IS PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF PALAU BETWEEN THE EQUATOR AND 5N FROM 131E TO
136E.

A SURFACE TROUGH EXTENDS NORTHEASTWARD FROM 23N137E TO 25N146E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING BETWEEN
18N AND 25N FROM 136E TO 145E.
