THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS FROM 10 TO 20 MPH AND
TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO WILL CAUSE WIND CHILL
VALUES TO FALL INTO THE 15 TO 20 DEGREE BELOW ZERO RANGE
ACROSS NORTHERN NEW YORK AND NORTH CENTRAL VERMONT TONIGHT. WINDS
ARE EXPECTED TO ABATE BY LATE TONIGHT DIMINISHING THE WIND CHILL
THREAT. IF VENTURING OUTSIDE TONIGHT PLEASE DRESS WARMLY AND IN
LAYERS AND LIMIT EXPOSURE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
