AREA OF STRONG WINDS ALOFT NEAR FOXBORO...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

THESE WINDS MAY BE TRANSPORTED DOWN TOWARDS THE GROUND OVER THE NEXT
HOUR RESULTING IN LOCAL WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH. IN
ADDITION...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS ARE EXPECTED.
