AT 827 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY AHEAD
OF A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS. THIS OUTFLOW BOUNDARY WAS ALONG A
LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES NORTHEAST OF FRANKLIN TO NEAR AGRA TO
NEAR WEBSTER STATE PARK...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

WIND GUSTS OF 50 TO 55 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS OUTFLOW
BOUNDARY.
