SEAFORD...DELAWARE AND IT WAS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

SEAFORD...LAUREL...FEDERALSBURG...BRIDGEVILLE...DELMAR...HARMONY...
ANDREWSVILLE...SYCAMORE...SMITHVILLE...AGNER...GUMBORO...BLADES...
GREENWOOD AND BETHEL.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL WILL OCCUR WITH THIS STORM AND IT MAY CAUSE
