For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Showers and thunderstorms associated with an area of low pressure
located around 600 miles southeast of Hilo, Hawaii remain
disorganized. Environmental conditions are expected to become
less conducive for development over the next few days due to a
combination of dry middle- to upper-level air and increasing
upper-level winds as it drifts toward the northwest.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next
5 days.
