UNTIL 4 PM AKST THIS AFTERNOON FOR THOMPSON PASS...

* LOCATION...THOMPSON PASS.

* WIND...NORTHEAST WINDS 30 TO 45 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BEGIN TO DIMINISH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON WHICH
  WILL LEAD TO IMPROVING VISIBILITIES.
