...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON
TODAY TO 6 AM AKST SATURDAY...

* SNOW...4 TO 6 INCHES FROM SLEETMUTE WEST AND 5 TO 10 INCHES EAST
  OF SLEETMUTE.

* VISIBILITY...MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL
  REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND...SOUTH 10 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH TOWARD HIGHER
  ELEVATIONS.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE LOWER
  KUSKOKWIM VALLEY LATE THIS MORNING THEN SPREAD EAST THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL BEGIN TAPERING OFF AND BECOME MORE SHOWERY
  IN NATURE EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW
WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW
COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.

* SNOW...2 TO 5 INCHES...HIGHEST AMOUNTS WEST OF BETHEL

* VISIBILITY...BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN
  ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WIND 25 TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO DETERIORATE EARLY THIS
  MORNING AS SNOWFALL BEGINS AND WINDS BEGIN TO INCREASE.
  CONDITIONS WILL BEGIN TO IMPROVE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AS
  PRECIPITATION INTENSITY DIMINISHES. HOWEVER...GUSTY WINDS WILL
  CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY AND CREATE ISOLATED AREAS OF BLOWING
  SNOW.

* SNOW...5 TO 8 INCHES.

* VISIBILITY...LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES...PARTICULARLY
  IN THE VICINITY OF KOLIGANEK AND NEW STUYAHOK.

* WIND...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 20 TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOWFALL AND INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL BEGIN
  DEVELOPING FROM THE WEST THIS AFTERNOON...AND SPREAD THROUGHOUT
  NORTHERN BRISTOL BAY AREA BY THIS EVENING. THE MAJORITY OF
  SNOWFALL WILL BE THIS AFTERNOON. HOWEVER THE BLOWING SNOW
  CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
