* WINDS...WESTERLY 5 TO 15 MPH. STRONGER WINDS ALONG
  RIDGETOPS...WITH GUSTS 25 TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOWFALL WILL DIMINISH THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...SNOW MAY ACCUMULATE ON MOUNTAIN ROADS...CREATING A
  TRAVEL HAZARD. LOCATIONS WHERE THE SNOW HAS MELTED MAY RE-
  FREEZE...CAUSING ICY TRAVEL CONDITIONS LATER THIS EVENING.
